Refund policy
We at Capital Lash and Beauty pride ourselves in the quality of our products and would like to make sure our customers expectations are exceed with their purchase, therefore if for any reason your purchase is not up to your expectations we will refund any unopened and unused merchandise from your order within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note, any shipping/duties charged on your order is non-refundable.
Refund Requirements:
- Order must have been purchased from Capitallashandbeauty.com.
- Only unopened/unused products are eligible for return.
- Final sale products are non-returnable
- Any returned product must be in original packaging
- No returns will be accepted without a returned goods authorization
Canadian/ International customers
We at Capital Lash and Beauty would like to make any return as quick and simple as possible. The return process will proceed as follows:
- You will file a return request to Orders@Capitallashandbeauty.com
- We will respond within 2-3 business days (please allow additional time for weekends and holidays)
- If your return is approved you will receive a return goods authorization number and clear instructions for the return shipping of your order ( Note: any shipping/duties are non-refundable)
- If for any reason your return request is not approved a detailed description of the reasoning will be provided to you
- All approved returns/refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of our receipt of products.
- All refunds will be issued in the same form of payment to the same person listed on the original invoice or store credit
- For refunds, in certain circumstances it may take up to 10 days for your credit to show on your statement. Please contact your provider with any questions after we have issued your refund.
International customers are responsible for any duties incurred and we recommend using a shipping company that provides tracking services
Damaged or Defective items
If you receive damaged product please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery with your name, order number, and clear photos of the damaged product.
We will only accept damage claims from orders directly from Capitallashandbeauty.com
In the case of defective products please contact us within 30 days of receipt of order with your name, order number, and clear photos of the defect.
No damaged or defective claims will be exchanged/refunded without a returned goods authorization
Shipping Errors/ Order Discrepancies/ Lost packages
Any shipping errors/order discrepancies must be reported to us within 72 hours of receipt of delivery with your name, order number, and description of the error. We will process these claims on a priority basis. Note: products that are to be shipped to you will be shipped via the same method as the original order, any requests for expedited shipping will be at the expense of the customer.
In the event of lost package please contact the shipping company first and if any issues arise from there please contact us and we will do our best to help remedy the situation.
All packages will be shipped to the address provided, in the event of returned package we will refund the order minus any shipping charges.
